Warranty & Returns

We do not wish to see our products end up in landfill therefore we offer a lifetime warranty on hardware only. 

Our lifetime hardware warranty does not cover damage to BioThane and/or Paracord and does not cover general wear and tear or over-use etc.

If your product is found to be faulty, we will replace it at no cost to you.

In an unfortunate circumstance that you do have to make this claim, please email us at nativecollars@gmail.com with a detailed description and photo proof.

Returns

Customers can return orders (except custom collar designs, sale items, Id Tags and harnesses) for a full store credit within 90 days of placing your order.

We do not offer refunds.

Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained.

Original delivery costs or their value are NOT refundable.

Cost of shipping will be at customers expense.
