Our Limited Slip Collars just dropped! The Native Collars Slip Collars are a perfect match and addition to our Paracord leashes. They are slim and light weight and easy to slip on and off your dog's neck. Our slip leads are not training collars but can be used to easily slip a collar over your dog's neck if your dog will only be on lead shortly or simply as a beautiful and simple tag collar.

Hardware for your Native Collars Slip Collar can be Antique Brass, Black or Stainless Steel. Please note your favourite option in the comment field.

IMPORTANT - Is a Slip Collar right for your dog?

As the name suggests, slip leads and collars simply slip over your dog’s neck.  Slip collars are safe and escape proof. However, please note if your dog pulls, the slip collar is very slim and will sit tight around your dog's neck. Constant pulling will cause serious harm to your dog and we do not endorse such inappropriate use. 

Slip Collars should not be used as a training collars for teaching your dog to walk nicely on a lead. The collar should be loose and comfortable around your dog's neck when your pup is at rest. Therefore we add some allowance on top of your measurement. If you wish you slip collar to be a snug or a very loose fit, please don't hesitate to contact us.

ABOUT THE MATERIALS

Each Slip Collar is made from Paracord. Parachute cord (also paracord) is a lightweight nylon kern-mantled rope originally used in the military. The braided sheath is usually made up of 32 interwoven strands, giving it a smooth texture.
