We recognize the excitement that comes with buying something new and the eager anticipation of receiving it. We strive to fulfill and ship your order promptly. Please review the processing times below. If your order is urgent, please contact us at info@nativecollars.com.
Premade items will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Custom orders will be shipped within 5-15 business days.
Please note processing time for Y harnesses is up to 4 weeks. They are custom made to fit your dog, very intricate and require a longer processing time.
Domestic Shipping:
Unfortunately, Australia Post shipping times are variable, but our experience has been that most standard parcels are delievered between 6-10 business days and express parcels can take between 2-4 business days.
Please allow longer for rural deliveries.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 (Aus only).
Standard shipping fee is $10
Express shipping fee is $15
International Shipping:
Standard shipping can take up to 4 weeks.
