Processing time: two weeks from the date of your order.
Returns policy: No returns on change of mind or if you have chosen the wrong colours on both tshirts and collars.
Both tshirts and collars are fully custom made and therefore are not refundable/returnable.
If the t-shirt or print is faulty in anyway a replacement will be shipped out. Please follow care instructions closely.
If the collar hardware is faulty in any way, it will be replaced.
